ALLY Singapore (hereinafter “ALLY” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding and handling your Personal Information in a responsible and secure manner.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we process your Personal Information, including but not limited to, your use of our website located at, visits to our studios, and use any of the services, tools, technology, products, features, events, webpages, and mobile apps (together, the “Services”) provided, operated or owned by ALLY. When we collect, access, use or do anything with your Personal Information, we are “processing” your Personal Information.

Please read our Terms of Service before accessing our Services. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, by accepting the Terms of Service, you agree with our privacy practices as described in this Policy. If you cannot agree with this Policy, Terms of Service, or other policies, please do not access or use our Services.

We may modify this Policy at any time and non-material changes may apply to any Personal Information we already hold about you, as well as any new Personal Information collected after the Policy is modified. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Policy. What Does This Policy Cover?

This Policy applies to personal information collected by ALLY in connection with the services we offer. This also includes information collected offline at ALLY locations, direct marketing campaigns, contests, sweepstakes and online through our websites and apps.

This Policy also applies to all targeted ALLY content, including offers and advertisements, which we (or a service provider acting on our behalf) may send to you on third-party websites, platforms and applications based on your usage of ALLY websites. These third-party sites may have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them before using those third-party sites.

What Personal Data Do We Collect?

We collect Personal Data about you when you visit our Sites or use our Services, including the following:

  • Registration and Account Information: Information you provide about yourself to access our Services, including name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and password, so that we may communicate with you and provide you with the Services. We may require you to provide us how you heard about us and pre-existing health conditions in our health commitment and waiver release form to establish an Account.
  • Payment Information: Payment card, including billing information such as your billing address, phone number, and name on the payment card. A third-party service provider stores and processes this information securely and only for purposes of marking an order through our Services.
  • Voluntary Information: Information you provide to us voluntarily by completing web forms, submitting a job application, signing up for our newsletter, participating in polls, or contributing to blogs, postings, contacting customer service, and other mediums constitutes Voluntary Information.
  • Usage Information Automatically Collected: Log Data, Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies, Membership and Studio Usage Information, Information from Our Studio through CCTVs, information collected from the ALLY mobile application, and job application information. 

When you agree to this Policy you are, to the extent required under your local law, granting your express and written consent to the processing of any personal information that you provide to ALLY  that is considered to be Sensitive Personal Information. Save to the extent required by law, you are not obliged to provide us with any of your Sensitive Personal Information, and should you choose not to, this will not prevent you from purchasing any services or products from ALLY. However, should you choose not to, depending on the nature of the Sensitive Personal Information you choose not to provide, our ability to provide our services or products to you may be affected.

How Do We Process Personal Data?

We may collect personal information either directly from you or your authorised representatives, from third parties or through our platforms. Your Personal Information can be used for various purposes, including:

  • Providing Our Services
  • To Communicate with You
  • For Research and Development
  • To Comply with Applicable Laws
  • For Employment. 

ALLY will not use your Personal Information for any purpose not permitted by law or beyond the stated purpose you have consented to.

Do We Share Personal Data?

We take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure and require any third parties that handle or process your personal information for us to do the same. Access to your personal information is restricted to prevent unauthorised access, modification, or misuse, and is only permitted among ALLY staff and agents on a need-to-know basis.

Sometimes it may be necessary to share your data with parties who are based or who operate outside of Singapore. Currently this happens where we share it with contact management companies such as Mailchimp. We also use Google Analytics services (for more information see our Cookies policy), and again data may be processed outside of Singapore as a result of our use of cookies.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?

We will keep your personal information for as long as you are our customer. After you stop being a customer, because you have stopped regularly using our services, we may keep your personal information for up to one year for one of the following reasons: 

  • To respond to any questions or complaints from you
  • To maintain our records and for financial reporting
  • To comply with laws applicable to us

How Do We Protect Your Data?

We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, and alteration. Data is only permitted among ALLY staff and agents on a need-to-know basis.

You have the right to object to our use of your personal information (known as the right to object); or ask us to delete the personal information (known as the right to erasure); or request the restriction of processing; or ask us to stop using it if there is no need for us to use it (known as the right to be forgotten). There may be legal reasons why we need to keep or use your data, which we will tell you if you exercise one of the above rights.

You can withdraw your consent to us using your personal information at any time. Please contact us by email at [email protected] if you want to withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with certain products or services. 

We will try to respond to all requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month and in that case we will notify you and keep you updated.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business, the Sites or Services, or applicable laws. The revised Privacy Policy will be effective as of the published effective date.
