This is Reformer, elevated.

Our Reformer classes are low-impact, high-toning workouts that are designed to build strength, increase mobility, and improve overall fitness. This is Reformer Elevated. Our Pilates instructors will guide you through a sweat-filled 50-minute signature ALLY burn, with great emphasis on the core principles of the classic reformer, allowing you to feel different, move better, and find balance in the body.

ESSENTIALS 55

Get acquainted with the fundamentals of the Pilates method and you’ll be feeling and seeing the difference in no time. Focus on your form, technique, breathwork and all the fundamentals of Pilates. This is a beginner class.

DYNAMIC FLOW 55

Train your full-body muscle control, balance, and coordination. Expect more challenging repertoires that challenge your stability and co-ordination. This is an intermediate to advanced class and it is recommended that you attend at least 2 Essentials 50 classes before this.

STRETCH 55

Progressively improving your posture and alignment through this Stretch focused class. Strengthen those back muscles and elongate your body with lengthening stretches and strengthening exercises. This class complements our ALLY Ride classes perfectly, allowing you to strengthen your back and hip stability.

JUMPBOARD 55

Designed to enhance your balance, co-ordination, and endurance with an extra cardiovascular boost. As this is a fast-paced and advanced workout, you would need to have attended at least 10 Essentials or 5 Dynamic Flow classes to attend this class.

Private Pilates Sessions are the perfect way to personalize your workouts to get strong and fit or to address any rehabilitative needs. Sessions will be tailored based on individual goals, needs, and abilities to help you achieve or exceed your goals that much faster.

ALLY Reformer in Sydney

In preparation for the upcoming ALLY Reformer happening in late Q2 2023, our Head of Pilates, Tiffany D. and upcoming Pilates instructor, Candice Q. headed to Sydney to immerse themselves in the vibrant Pilates scene. 1:1 PRIVATE - INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Private Pilates Sessions are the perfect way to personalize your workouts to get strong and fit or to address any rehabilitative needs. Sessions will be tailored based on individual goals, needs, and abilities to help you achieve or exceed your goals that much faster. For Private classes, we will first have to match you with an instructor. Please note that classes are held in a dedicated private studio equipped with a variety of specialized Pilates equipment. The private studio may be shared with one to two other clients at any one time.

2:1 DUET - TWO CLIENTS TO ONE INSTRUCTOR

Duet Pilates Sessions are perfect for couples or friends that want more individualized attention than a group class environment could offer and have specific goals and objectives for training. In a Duet Pilates Session, two clients will work together with an Instructor. Classes are scheduled at your convenience.
