Requirements:
The Community & Events Lead is responsible for developing and executing ALLY’s community engagement strategy across all studio locations.
You will own the member experience outside of classes—from exclusive events and brand collaborations to corporate activations and partnerships. Your goal is to create a vibrant community that strengthens member loyalty, drives referrals, and positions ALLY as Singapore’s leading premium fitness and lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Building
Develop and execute ALLY’s community engagement strategy.
Build meaningful relationships with members, ambassadors, instructors, and partners.
Increase member retention through thoughtful engagement initiatives
Create opportunities for members to connect beyond workouts.
Develop referral programmes and ambassador initiatives.
Gather member feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience.
Events & Experiences
Plan, organise, and execute: Member appreciation events, Wellness workshops, Brand launches, Charity rides and community initiatives, Social gatherings, Networking events, Recovery-focused experiences, Outdoor fitness activations, Corporate wellness events, Exclusive VIP experiences etc.
Responsibilities include: Budget management, Vendor sourcing, Event logistics, Timeline management, Staff coordination, Guest management, Post-event reporting
Partnerships
Identify and build strategic partnerships with brands aligned with ALLY’s positioning, including: Luxury hotels, Wellness brands, Health and recovery providers, Premium cafés, Corporate organisations, Lifestyle brands, Residential developments, Fashion and activewear brands
Negotiate collaboration opportunities that create value for both ALLY and our members.
Corporate Engagement
Develop relationships with nearby businesses and corporations by:

Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in community management, events, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury retail, or premium fitness.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience planning and delivering high-quality events.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify partnership opportunities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

As the HR & Admin executive, you will play a key role in supporting the people and operational functions of the business. As the Studio Supervisor, you will be responsible to work closely with all staff on the ground to uphold exceptional servicing standards. You will be the role model for all staff on the ground. As a leader, you will be monitoring staff performance, as well as their welfare. Cleanliness and tidiness of the studio will be a big part of your role! Overview
The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the bar areas within ALLY Singapore. Our ideal candidate will have extensive hospitality experience, be highly organized, and possess good communication skills and excellent leadership skills to ensure smooth service delivery, an exceptional guest experience, and meet business targets. This role will also involve managing a team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance, as well as managing budgets and inventory. As one of the critical roles in the business, you will work closely with other managers to ensure consistency and targets are met and that multiple departments run smoothly for a successful bar operation. Candidates with prior experience working in F&B or similar establishments or as a barista are a plus.

You must be able to work non-traditional hours and adapt based on business needs and operating hours including early morning and late evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to commit 5 days a week a minimum of 44 hours a week. The job entails on-ground shifts, as well as, office days.

As the Front-of-House, you will be the spokesperson of the studio. You’ll provide top-quality customer service and hospitality to every customer that walks through our doors. General duties include checking in members upon arrival and assisting members with class bookings and other queries. You will also assist the Baristas in bar operations during peak hours. We are looking for hard-working, reliable, team-oriented, and forward-thinking individuals with approachable, high-energy, and outgoing personalities.

You will also be tasked with solidifying the foundation of the bar and strategizing how we can attract new customers. You should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. You should also be positive, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and a fast learner.
