STUDIO OPERATIONS

BARISTA (PART-TIME)

Overview:

We are searching for an engaging, well-spoken, energetic, and enthusiastic barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and education. You will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. As a barista in our studio bar, you will continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, presentation, and menu expansion. You will also be tasked with solidifying the foundation of the bar and strategizing how we can attract new customers. You should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. You should also be positive, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and a fast learner.

Working hours:

  1. You must be able to work non-traditional hours and adapt based on business needs and operating hours including early morning and late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  2. Part-time Baristas must be available to work a minimum of two scheduled shifts per week.

FRONT-OF-HOUSE (FULL-TIME)

Overview:

As the Front-of-House, you will be the spokesperson of the studio. You’ll provide top-quality customer service and hospitality to every customer that walks through our doors. General duties include checking-in members upon arrival and assisting members with class bookings and other queries. We are looking for hard-working, reliable, team-oriented, and forward-thinking individuals with approachable, high-energy, and outgoing personalities.

Working hours:

  1. You must be able to work non-traditional hours and adapt based on business needs and operating hours including early morning and late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  2. Full-time Front-of-House must be available to work 44 hours of scheduled shifts per week.

SALES MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

Responsibilities 

General:

  1. Spearhead the corporate partnerships and sales team, specializing in the sales of corporate events and private events.
  2. Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with a wide array of corporate partners and prospects. 
  3. Manage existing and upcoming partnership requests and opportunities with clients purchasing bookings for clients and/or teams.
  4. Winning new business, increasing sales, and ensuring partner retention.
  5. Communicate and pitch the cost and details of the corporate bookings + events to all inquiries via email, over the phone, and in-studio.
  6. Communicate the company’s brand messages, mission, and philosophy through communication with the corporate partners.
  7. Monthly recaps of revenue generated and highlights.
  8. Help create and execute seasonal corporate strategies and build buzz around local companies.
  9. Support Marketing to research, travel, and pitch to target audiences in the area in order to have more personal conversations in order to bring them into the studio via corporate bookings.
  10. Support Marketing to research and target companies in areas where new studios are opening for ramping of new market numbers via corporate bookings and events.
  11. Support the Marketing team with inventory, ordering, and setup for pop-up events or anything out of the studio.
  12. Drive sales for classes and memberships in the studio, to assist in hitting attendance goals and targets monthly.

Business Development:

  1. Support and partake in business strategy and development of corporate programs throughout the assigned region.
  2. Support and execute seasonal partnerships and programs, complying with feedback, analytics and developing new partnerships for corporate bookings.

Community Development:

  1. Continue to develop relationships with the corporate network – explore meeting contacts in person to create bigger relationships for the company.

Required Experience

  1. 2-5 years of experience in a sales role
  2. Experience in driving communications programs, events, and platforms
  3. Exceptional writing ability, both business and creative
  4. Comfort level working under tight deadlines with the ability to gather information and present recommendations
  5. High attention to detail
  6. Obsessed with delivering excellent customer service and innovating avenues for growth
  7. Intellectual horsepower (highly analytical & strategic)
  8. Organizational leadership
  9. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced industry
  10. Confident, fast learner, and quick thinker
  11. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  12. Creative thinker with strong industry knowledge
  13. Positive people person for fitness and the ALLY Brand
