The aim of ALLY has always been to create an elevated experience that goes beyond the best fitness and wellness boutique studio experience. Creating these environments takes time, commitment, and rigorous attention to detail, practiced in our daily interactions and workings. Full-timers are expected to teach at least 40 classes monthly, with at least 1 day on the weekend. Part-timers are expected to teach at least 12 classes monthly, with at least 1 day on the weekend, or both weekends if weekdays are unavailable. All new hires must be able to work with a flexible teaching schedule, including teaching during off-peak hours.

Key Responsibilities
Working hours (15 Hours/Week, Part-time)
Overview:
As the Front-of-House, you will be the spokesperson of the studio. You’ll provide top-quality customer service and hospitality to every customer that walks through our doors. General duties include checking in members upon arrival and assisting members with class bookings and other queries. You will also assist the Baristas in bar operations during peak hours. We are looking for hard-working, reliable, team-oriented, and forward-thinking individuals with approachable, high-energy, and outgoing personalities.

We are searching for an engaging, well-spoken, energetic, and enthusiastic barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and education. You will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders, accept payments, and prepare and serve quality food and drinks. As a barista in our studio bar, you will continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, presentation, menu expansion, and inventory management. You will also be tasked with solidifying the foundation of the bar and strategizing how we can attract new customers. You should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. You should also be positive, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and a fast learner.
