Our Reformer classes are low-impact, high-toning workouts that are designed to build strength, increase mobility, and improve overall fitness. Our group Reformer Room has a total of 14 Reformer beds.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The well-being of our ALLY Squad will always be our top priority. We enhanced our health and safety standards with the safety of our team and community in mind.

IMPROVED AIR QUALITY

Fresh filtered clean air at the studio every day. Our studio fresh air HVAC systems are fitted with multiple Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) systems that use UV-C light to eliminate or inactivate bacteria, viruses, moulds, and other pathogens.

CLEAN SHOES FOR ALL

All cycle shoes are disinfected in our UV ozone disinfectant machine before handing them to you for your use. Cycle shoes are rotated after each use and no same pair will be used in back-to-back classes.

GETTING HERE

Ally Cross Street is located conveniently atop Telok Ayer Station and a short stroll from Raffles Place Station.

The nearest car parks are Manulife Tower (Direct access into the studio from level 2) or street parking along Telok Ayer Street or Amoy Street. Turn right into Cheang Wan Seng Place Street where the parking and drop-off are located.
