ALLY FIRST-TIMERS GUIDE

Everything you need to know during your first Ride or Reformer session at ALLY.

BOOK YOUR CLASS

We offer both Ride and Reformer classes at our studio.

To book a class:

  1. Download our mobile app (ALLY SG), or click here to access it via our website and create an account with us.

  2. Purchase your credits to book your class. For first-timers, we suggest our FIRST-TIMER 4 PACK, which allows you to enjoy 4 Ride or Reformer classes for $99. You can purchase this pack online or in-studio and start booking classes.

  3. Check out our schedule and book your classes via our mobile app or website. The booking window of each class opens 7 days in advance, at 10:00 PM.

PREPARING FOR YOUR WORKOUT

Gear up and get ready to sweat it out with us! Choose comfortable, fitted workout attire that allows for ease of movement, along with your water bottle and hair tie (if needed). We provide lockers, towels and shower amenities for the perfect post-sweat ritual.

Things to take note of:

CYCLING SHOES
Before every RIDE class, kindly provide our front of house with your shoe size so that we can provide you with your cycling shoes.

GRIP SOCKS
Grip socks are mandatory for every Reformer class.  If you have forgotten to bring your Pilates grip socks, you can purchase them from our friendly front desk.

WATER
We encourage you to bring your water bottle as both still and sparkling water are available in the studio.

ARRIVING TO THE STUDIO

We cannot wait to have you join us! A lot goes into the final minutes before class, so please read the following to understand more about your Pre-class Ritual:

We recommend all members to arrive early, preferably at least 15 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first time at ALLY. Take time to prime yourself before your big adventure.

Last check-in for all first-timers to the studio: 5 minutes before the scheduled class time.
Last check-in for other members: Scheduled class time.

***As part of our studio policy to practice punctuality and fairness, we reserve the right to deny entry to members who arrive past the start time of the class and to first-timers who fail to attend the pre-class foundation.***

Pre-class Ritual (5 minutes BEFORE the class time):
Coaches will invite all new members and first-time members to the Ride or Reformer room for a pre-class foundation briefing.

Scheduled class time:
Ride and Reformer doors will open for all remaining members to enter.

3 minutes AFTER the class time:
The class will begin. Members who are not in the Ride or Reformer room 3 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be able to join the class.
