  2. Purchase your credits to book your class. For first-timers, we suggest our FIRST-TIMER 3 PACK, which allows you to enjoy 3 Ride, Reformer or Chair Pilates classes for $99. You can purchase this pack online or in-studio and start booking classes.

  3. Check out our schedule and book your classes via our mobile app or website. The booking window of each class opens 7 days in advance, at 10:00 PM.

PREPARING FOR YOUR WORKOUT

Gear up and get ready to sweat it out with us! Choose comfortable, fitted workout attire that allows for ease of movement, along with your water bottle and hair tie (if needed). We provide lockers, towels and shower amenities for the perfect post-sweat ritual.

Things to take note of:

CYCLING SHOES
Before every RIDE class, kindly provide our front of house with your shoe size so that we can provide you with your cycling shoes.

GRIP SOCKS
Grip socks are mandatory for all REFORMER and CHAIR Pilates classes.  If you have forgotten to bring your Pilates grip socks, you can purchase them from our friendly front desk.

WATER
We encourage you to bring your water bottle as both still and sparkling water are available in the studio.

ARRIVING TO THE STUDIO

We cannot wait to have you join us! A lot goes into the final minutes before class, so please read the following to understand more about your Pre-class Ritual:

We recommend all members to arrive early, especially first-timers, preferably at least 15 minutes before class, so that our team has time to assist you with registration and studio orientation. As part of our studio policy to practice punctuality and fairness, we reserve the right to deny entry to members who check in past the timing stated in the check-in policy and to all first-timers who missed the pre-class foundation. [NEW] Members are also reminded to book only the required number of spots for each class. Any request for a refund of class credits for any reason relating to the double booking of spots in a class will not be granted.

FIRST-TIMERS
All first-timers to the studio MUST check in early, at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time and attend the pre-class foundation briefing.

ALL MEMBERS
You must be present and check in for class BEFORE the scheduled class time. Failing which, your spot will be released to members on the waitlist, any walk-in members, or members who wish to switch spots.

DOORS CLOSING POLICY
1. 5 minutes before the class time: For all Essential classes, our instructors will invite new members and first-timers into the workout room for a pre-class foundation – Bike, Reformer, or Wunda Chair familiarisation and orientation. First-timers MUST attend this pre-class foundation.
2. Scheduled time: All other members are invited to enter and get ready for class.

NOTICE
1. Room doors will close strictly 3 minutes after the class time, or when all checked-in members are already present in the room. The class will start thereafter.
2. All members are recommended to be in the room promptly to avoid being denied entry, or to cause any delays to the class.
3. Strictly no re-entry to class if you leave the workout room during the class.

GUEST BOOKINGS
Please ensure that you have created an ALLY account with us, and have signed the waiver form before checking in on the day of your class.
