Our Reformer and Chair Pilates classes are low-impact, high-toning workouts that are designed to build strength, increase mobility, and improve overall fitness. Our Pilates instructors will guide you through a sweat-filled 55-minute signature ALLY burn, with great emphasis on the core principles of the classic reformer and pilates chair, allowing you to feel different, move better, and find balance in the body.
Our Prenatal Pilates Program is designed to empower and educate expecting moms about the benefits Prenatal Pilates brings during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Our sessions focus on building strength and stability to support the growth of the fetus, reducing aches and pain, and better preparation for labour.
Each session consists of effective pregnancy-safe pilates workouts tailored to pregnant bodies, conducted in a small class size for increased one-on-one adjustments, compared to those in a regular Reformer class.
Through the weeks, form meaningful connections with new or experienced mums within our supportive motherhood community, and share and learn about the changes they have experienced and will experience during this season of life. End off each session with a complimentary coffee or tea from the bar.

Our pre-natal group classes are beginner-friendly. You may consider taking a private 1:1 Pilates class if you’d prefer more guidance before joining our group program.

People with Health Concerns or Injuries: If you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions or a pregnancy, a private Pilates session allows the instructor to modify exercises and tailor the program to accommodate your needs. It can be particularly beneficial for rehabilitation or pre/post-natal purposes.
4. Those Seeking Individualized Attention: If you prefer one-on-one attention and instruction, private Pilates sessions offer a more intimate setting. This can be particularly advantageous if you’re looking for personalized feedback, guidance, and a customized workout plan.
