Our Prenatal Pilates Program is designed to empower and educate expecting moms about the benefits Pre-Natal Pilates brings during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Our sessions focus on building strength and stability to support the growth of the fetus, reducing aches and pain, and better preparation for labour.
Each session consists of effective pregnancy-safe pilates workouts tailored to pregnant bodies, conducted in a small class size for increased one-on-one adjustments, compared to those in a regular Reformer class. End off each session with a complimentary coffee or tea from the bar.
