This is Pilates, elevated.

Our Reformer and Chair Pilates classes are low-impact, high-toning workouts that are designed to build strength, increase mobility, and improve overall fitness. Our Pilates instructors will guide you through a sweat-filled 55-minute signature ALLY burn, with great emphasis on the core principles of the classic reformer and pilates chair, allowing you to feel different, move better, and find balance in the body.

CLASS TYPES

REFORMER ESSENTIALS 55

Get acquainted with the fundamentals of the Pilates method and you’ll be feeling and seeing the difference in no time. Focus on your form, technique, breathwork and all the fundamentals of Pilates. This is a beginner class.

REFORMER DYNAMIC FLOW 55

Train your full-body muscle control, balance, and coordination. Expect more challenging repertoires that challenge your stability and coordination. This is an intermediate to advanced class and it is recommended that you attend at least 2 Essentials classes before this. Pregnant women should not attend this class type.

REFORMER STRETCH 55

Progressively improving your posture and alignment through this Stretch focused class. Strengthen those back muscles and elongate your body with lengthening stretches and strengthening exercises. This class complements our ALLY Ride classes perfectly, allowing you to strengthen your back and hip stability.

REFORMER JUMPBOARD 55

Designed to enhance your balance, co-ordination, and endurance with an extra cardiovascular boost. As this is a fast-paced and advanced workout, you would need to have attended at least 10 Essentials or 5 Dynamic Flow classes to attend this class. Pregnant women should not attend this class type.

CHAIR ESSENTIALS 55

Get acquainted with the fundamentals of the Pilates Chair method and feel a difference using similar techniques you have learnt before prior to attending this session. This is a beginner class but recommended for those who have already attended regular reformer sessions.

CHAIR DYNAMIC 55

Take your strength, flexibility, and balance to the next level. Expect a blend of flowing movements and controlled holds that will engage your entire body, helping you build lean muscle, increase endurance, and refine your technique. This is an intermediate class and it is recommended that you attend at least 2 Chair Essentials classes before this. Pregnant women should not attend this class type.

PRIVATE PILATES CLASSES

Private Pilates Sessions are the perfect way to personalize your workouts to get strong and fit or to address any rehabilitative needs. Sessions will be tailored based on individual goals, needs, and abilities to help you achieve or exceed your goals that much faster.

PRIVATE PILATES CLASSES

Build confidence in Pilates with our Private Pilates Classes, which are particularly suitable for:

1. Beginners: Understand the fundamental principles and proper form which can help you gradually ease into more advanced exercises to build confidence for group classes.

2. Individuals with Specific Goals: Whether it’s building core strength, improving flexibility, or challenging your overall fitness levels, our instructors can tailor the workouts to address these specific objectives.

3. People with Health Concerns or Injuries: If you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions or a pregnancy, a private Pilates session allows the instructor to modify exercises and tailor the program to accommodate your needs. It can be particularly beneficial for rehabilitation or pre/post-natal purposes.

4. Those Seeking Individualized Attention: If you prefer one-on-one attention and instruction, private Pilates sessions offer a more intimate setting. This can be particularly advantageous if you’re looking for personalized feedback, guidance, and a customized workout plan.

1:1 PRIVATE - INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Private Pilates Sessions are the perfect way to personalize your workouts to get strong and fit or to address any rehabilitative needs. Sessions will be tailored based on individual goals, needs, and abilities to help you achieve or exceed your goals that much faster. For Private classes, we will first have to match you with an instructor. Please note that classes are held in a dedicated private studio equipped with a variety of specialized Pilates equipment. The private studio may be shared with one to two other clients at any one time.

2:1 DUET - TWO CLIENTS TO ONE INSTRUCTOR

Duet Pilates Sessions are perfect for couples or friends that want more individualized attention than a group class environment could offer and have specific goals and objectives for training. In a Duet Pilates Session, two clients will work together with an Instructor. Classes are scheduled at your convenience.
