How to earn Club Points? Do all bookings count to the AllySweat Loyalty Program?

Bookings that qualify for Club Point earnings:

  1. All members will earn one (1) Club point for every class at ALLY (including classes requiring 2 credits to book). Only classes booked using paid ALLY Class Credits will count towards your Club points earnings. 

Bookings that DO NOT qualify for Club Point earnings:

  1. Classes booked using Complimentary Class Credits do not earn you any points under the AllySweat Loyalty Program. Complimentary Class Credits are single credits or credit bundles that are credited into your account Free Of Charge (eg. Credit Bundles won during a giveaway or studio event, SQUAD Credits, Birthday Credits, etc). In addition, all late cancellations and no-shows do not earn you points under the AllySweat Loyalty Program.

  2. Classes booked for Guest Assigning do not earn the package holder or the guest any points under the AllySweat Loyalty Program.

  3. Classes booked using alternative booking platforms (any third-party apps, memberships) do not earn you any points under the AllySweat Loyalty Program.

 

Club, Elite, and Resident Tier Rewards

Enjoy greater perks when you reach a higher membership tier by accruing Club points. For members who are upgraded to the Elite tier within the same membership quarter, they will receive both Club and Elite Milestone rewards will be credited to the account upon the upgrade.

Complimentary Smoothie or Coffee
You will receive a Complimentary Smoothie or Coffee Beverage credit upon upgrading to the Club tier or when your membership is renewed. The validity of this Beverage credit is 7 days from the date of your membership upgrade or renewal.

Complimentary glass of Champagne, Smoothie, or Coffee
You will receive a Complimentary glass of Champagne, Smoothie, or Coffee Beverage credit upon upgrading to the Resident or Elite tier, or when your membership is renewed. The validity of this Beverage credit is 7 days from the date of your membership upgrade or renewal.

All-day Discounts on Neighborhood Purchases
When you are a Resident, Elite, or Club member, you’ll get to enjoy discounts exclusively for you all day at neighborhood, our in-studio bar. From the day after you are upgraded, you’ll get to enjoy your tier discounts as long as you hold the membership tier. 

Resident members: 15% all-day markdown on non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages
Elite members: 10% all-day markdown on non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages
Club members: 10% all-day markdown on non-alcoholic beverages

Complimentary Priority Class Credits
Upon upgrading or renewing into the Resident or Elite tiers, you will receive Complimentary Priority Class Credits. Priority Class Credits a validity of 30 days from the date of reaching ELITE tier (Strictly no extensions of Priority Class Credit) The 12-hour late cancellation policy still applies. The Complimentary Priority Class Credits are non-assignable and are strictly for personal use only.

Resident tier: 2 Complimentary Priority Class Credits
Elite tier: 1 Complimentary Priority Class Credit

To use your Priority Class Credit, kindly follow the steps below:

  • View schedule: View the class schedule up to 14 days in advance on our website (Not viewable from the app), you can use this credit to book any classes within this 14-day window, even for classes not released for general bookings. 
  • To book: Write to [email protected] with your selected Ride or Reformer class and your preferred spot.
  • To cancel: Write to [email protected] to edit your booking. 
  • Note: While you can cancel this booking on your account, any cancellations will reduce the bookable period to 7 days only. You will not be able to book for up to 14 days after.

Physical Priority Waitlist for all waitlisted classes (Resident and Elite tier)
If you’re waitlisted for any classes, you will be one of the first to get a spot if a member doesn’t show up. The Physical Priority waitlist service is available strictly for Resident and Elite members only and cannot be extended to include friends and family.

To utilize this tier benefit, arrive and check in at the studio and you will be placed first on the waitlist.

Priority Bookings for Special Events (Resident and Elite tier)
All Resident and Elite members will receive priority bookings for any studio special events, including complimentary events or those with a nominal charge. 

Invitation to special events (Resident tier exclusive)
All Resident members will receive personal invitations to any studio special events, including complimentary events or those with a nominal charge.

Guaranteed reservation in any waitlisted class (Resident tier exclusive)
You’ll always have a spot in our RIDE or REFORMER classes in ALLY. Simply make your request with your loyalty ambassador at least 48 hours before your class. In the event that we are unable to honor your request, we will gift you 1 complimentary class credit to use within the next 7 days.

Resident Tier Milestone Reward (Resident tier exclusive)
Upon your upgrade or renewal to the Resident tier, you’ll receive an exclusive gift from us. Choose between a complimentary Private Pilates or Duet Pilates session, or a complimentary bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne. You will be contacted directly by your loyalty ambassador to receive this Resident Tier Milestone Reward. This reward must be claimed and used within 3 months of the date of your upgrade or renewal to Resident Tier.

Personal Locker (Resident tier exclusive)
Call our studio your home. Enjoy your personal locker upon your upgrade or renewal to the Resident tier. You have access to your personal locker for as long as you hold the Resident tier status.

Loyalty Bonus
There are bonuses to your loyalty at ALLY. We thank you when you earn 55 Club points and for every 10 Club points you earn from 70 Club points.

Resident tier Loyalty Bonus: 1 Complimentary Priority Class Credit with 80, 90, and 100 Club points, to a maximum Loyalty bonus of 3 Priority Class Credits in this tier, in every quarter.
Elite tier Loyalty Bonus: Celebrating your loyalty with 1 additional Priority Class Credit when you accumulate 55 Club points

You will be able to use these Priority Class Credits in the next Quarter. See the above steps to utilize these credits. 

 

Lifetime Milestone Rewards

Complimentary retail item (100th class)
Collection of the 100th Class Milestone reward must be done within 7 days of hitting the milestone and receiving the reward email.

300th Class Milestone smoothie (300th class)
Prior to hitting this milestone, you will be contacted by your loyalty ambassador to decide on your Milestone smoothie. Your milestone smoothie will be on sale at the bar for 14 days starting from your 300th class with us.

Celebratory bottle of Champagne (300th and 500th class)
Collection of the 300th and 500th Milestone champagne rewards must be done on the day of hitting the milestone.

Complimentary spots for your friends and family (500th class)
You’ll get 5 complimentary spots in your 500th class for your friends to celebrate with you. Prior to hitting this milestone, you will be contacted by your loyalty ambassador to decide on the day of your 500th class. All bookings must be finalized 14 days before the date of the class.

Complimentary Private class and 3 bottles of champagne (1000th class)
Prior to hitting this milestone, you will be contacted by your loyalty ambassador to decide on the day of your 1000th class. All bookings must be finalized 14 days before the date of the class.

Others

General 

The ALLY Singapore membership is strictly personal and only for use by the member. It cannot be transferred, sold, or bartered. The member is responsible for ensuring that his/her ALLY account is not used improperly. 

ALLY Singapore reserves the right to modify the AllySweat loyalty program and membership tier structures, benefits (including without limitation Studio Dollars, Club points, and member benefits), and other features, including these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. This includes changes without limitation to the following:

  1. Rules for earning Club points and redemption of Studio Dollars;
  2. Qualification and renewal criteria for all membership tiers in the AllySweat loyalty program;
  3. Award structure and availability of awards;
  4. Rules for use of awards;

Although ALLY Singapore will use reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes to the AllySweat loyalty program and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date. Any use of the AllySweat loyalty program by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment.

It is the responsibility of members to keep account of their earned Club points, and Studio Dollars. If the number of Club points, or Studio Dollars credited to the members’ accounts is incorrect, members should inform ALLY Singapore before the current membership quarter ends.

Membership quarters
Unique to AllySweat, the timing of the program is based on annual quarters. All Club points accrued are strictly for the specified membership quarter only. All points do not carry forward to the next quarter. Studio Dollars do not expire.

The membership quarters are defined as (dates inclusive):

Quarter 1: 1 January to 31 March
Quarter 2: 1 April to 30 June
Quarter 3: 1 July to 30 September
Quarter 4: 1 October to 31 December

Studio Dollar redemption
You’ll receive S$5 Studio Dollars for every 10 Club points accumulated in your account. The Studio Dollars will be automatically credited to your ALLY membership account. All Club points will reset to zero (0) at the start of the next membership quarter, any Club points not in a block of ten (10) will be forfeited.

Example
20 Club points = S$5 Store Credits x 2 = S$10 Store Credits
17 Club points = S$5 Store Credits x 1 = S$5 Store Credits (You’ll need to earn 3 more Club points before the end of the current membership quarter to earn an additional S$5 Store Credit)

Use of Store Dollars
For all neighborhood bar beverage purchases and Retail Merchandise purchases
All beverage purchases paid using Studio Dollars must be made in full. Partial payments by combining Studio Dollars and Card payment is not allowed. See the example below:

EG 1: Studio Dollar balance: S$10
Payment of a S$12 smoothie by using S$10 Studio Dollar + S$2 Visa payment is NOT allowed.

EG 2: Studio Dollar balance: S$50
Payment of a S$35 ALLY T-shirt by using S$35 Studio Dollar is allowed. The remaining Studio Dollar balance after purchase is S$15

EG 3: Store Credit balance: S$80
Payment of a S$200 Credit bundle using Studio Dollars is allowed. After offsetting the final payment price, your remaining balance to be paid by Card payment is S$120. The remaining Studio Dollar balance after purchase is S$0.00

For all Class Packs purchases
Partial payments are allowed, you can use your Studio Dollars to offset your grand total. For such purchases, you must use all studio dollars in the transaction.

[NOTICE] To all current Club and Resident Tier members before Quarter 4 2023

Accelerated Upgrade to Elite tier
All members who achieved or renewed the Club tier status in Quarter 3 (Jul-Sep 2023, with 35 Club points) will receive an accelerated upgrade to the Elite tier in Quarter 4 (Oct-Dec 2023). 

You will enjoy the following benefits from the accelerated Elite tier upgrade:
1. 10% all-day markdown on non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages at neighborhood
2. Physical Priority Waitlist for all Waitlisted classes
3. Priority Bookings for special events
4. Invitation to selected Studio events

To receive the full perks of the Elite tier, accumulate 40 Club points in Quarter 4.
