In preparation for the upcoming ALLY Reformer happening in late Q2 2023, our Head of Pilates, Tiffany D. and upcoming Pilates instructor, Candice Q. headed to Sydney to immerse themselves in the vibrant Pilates scene. This trip helped them to deepen their knowledge and expand their expertise, allowing them to bring back a wealth of new insights and techniques to enhance our upcoming ALLY Reformer classes.
